	We screen reviews and will ignore any reviews we regard as questionable e.g. if they appear to come from the owners. Word of Web is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a genuine review

For a small fee we supply review postcards to any small businesses interested in customer feedback. If you know of a small Australian business that should be listed please email a review or write to PO Box 1265, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089

Negative Reviews

If we receive bona-fide negative reviews we reserve the right to remove a listed business. There is no point in listing a small business unless the vast majority of their customers endorse them.
