NIB Health Fund

I've been with NIB for a few years. It depends what kind of cover you are interested in. I did a fair bit of research, and always recheck close to renewal, NIB were by far the best. They pay promptly, no problems and customer service is very good.

GMHBA Health Insurance

I'd like to say value for money health cover but struggle with that concept when it comes to health insurance. Somebody is making money out this and it isn't me. Sorry, too many price hikes. GMHBA Health Insurance is about as good as it gets. GMHBA are helpful and have excellent customer service. Ring them before you resign with your current health fund. GMHBA are Victorian based but offer cover to non-victorians as long as they aren't grumpy like me

I used HICA and they saved me heaps. I have hospital cover with one fund and extras with another - i get really good cover and cheap rates - and they (HICA) did the running around for me and sent a recommendation by email. A great service and its free. I figured I had nothin to lose.
